ASUS hat gestern mit dem Verkauf seines High-End-ROG GT51 Desktop begonnen. Das System ist mit einem werksseitig übertakteten Intel Core i7 -6700K (@ 4.6 GHz) Prozessor ausgestattet. Das System verfügt weiterhin über zwei ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Grafikkarten im SLI-Modus, 64 GB DDR4-2800 Speicher (4 × 16 GB) ), Zwei Samsung SM951 512 GB M.2 SSDs im RAID 0-Modus und ist außerdem mit einer 1 TB HDD (7200 U / min) ausgestattet.
Das System ist konfigurierbar: Der Endbenutzer kann hier einen schnelleren Speicher, bis zu fünf unterschiedliche 3,5 „/ 2,5“ Festplatten oder SSDs, verschiedene M.2-Laufwerke und so weiter wählen. Das vollständig konfigurierte System ROG GT51 kostet $ 4999 – umgerechnet sind das etwas über €4600,00.
